Queen’s Nurse Leadership 1 is a three-day in-person course for up to 20 participants. The course focuses on:
values-based leadership in the context of public health, health equity, inclusion, and community nursing
different leadership styles and theories, and what it means to lead in small ways as well as bigger ways
self-awareness, self-knowledge, and emotional complexity in leadership
how these ideas might be applied in participants’ own professional context and role.
All our Queen’s Nurse leadership courses are carefully structured to include the best possible balance between the teaching of high-quality content, experiential learning, and deep reflection. We work with well-established coaches, facilitators, and expert speakers who bring their knowledge and insights to every course.
