Queen’s Nurse Leadership 2 courses

The [Queen's Nurse] course made me even prouder to be a nurse and reminded me of the power we have to use our voices to influence change and keep the person and their story at the heart of everything we do.

Queen’s Nurse

Current opportunities

We are pleased to offer two opportunities to attend a Queen's Nurse Leadership 2 (QNL2) course in early 2027.

Queen’s Nurse Leadership 2 is a three-day in-person course for up to 20 participants. The course focuses on:

  • Developing a deeper understanding of professional leadership and leadership skills

  • Enabling participants to strengthen their voice

  • Supporting participants to actively listen to the voices of the community they work with.

All of our Queen’s Nurse Leadership courses are carefully structured to include the best possible balance between the teaching of high-quality content, experiential learning, and deep reflection.
